Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was beautiful and tidy, like a library. The rooms were varied in quality but for 2m between guests, my stay was nice and neat. The location, while not perfect, was still good for the money paid. The dining experience, mostly in a nearby beer pub, was sufficient and varied daily. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the old town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm, providing a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was well-equipped, adding to the comfort of the accommodation. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to address any issues and ensure a pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the historic center of Riga with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. While the dining options were a bit limited, the overall value for money was great.
The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, offering a spacious and comfortable stay with exceptional service. The dining experience provides a variety of options, although there may be some challenges with room accessibility for the first time.
The hotel is situated overlooking the courtyard and St Marks tower, providing ample space for three people in the room. However, the lack of traditional wooden beams or period features detracts from its charm. The location within Riga Old Town is perfect for exploring Vicriga on foot.
Staying on the second floor above the hotel's bar was a unique experience with a big warm bed, beautiful bathroom, and even a TV with kids' channels for our daughter's cartoons. The room had a beautiful design, was clean, and overall nice, yet the noise level from the bar could be bothersome at times. The service was outstanding, especially when they willingly assisted us at 3 am. The location is unbeatable, being right in the midst of the Old Town in Riga. However, the breakfast options were not up to par, starting the day off on the wrong foot. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable due to the hotel's great atmosphere and amenities.
The hotel had some room for improvement but overall offered a decent stay. The rooms were not quite up to expectations with low ceilings and slight cleanliness issues, but the friendly service and convenient location made up for it. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities could use a bit of upkeep.
